Biography
Dr. Moumita Mukherjee possesses experience in social research for last 10 years related to poverty, livelihood, health, nutrition, water & sanitation, education and child protection. She has work experience in international and national projects in organizations like UNICEF, IIHMR, CTS, Sigma Research & Consulting, and IDSK. She has 12 national and international publications.
Research Interest
Moumita Mukherjee research interests are multi-dimensional vulnerability, social inequity, financial catastrophe, climatic change, social poverty, malnutrition, violence against women and children, healthcare and health seeking behaviour, accessibility to health and educational services, water-sanitation & hygiene, rural livelihood and institutional mainstreaming.
