Biography
Ahmet Hulusi graduated from Veterinary Faculty of Fırat University in 1994. He has worked as research assistant in Department of Food Hygiene and Technology, Veterinary Faculty, Fırat University between 1996-2003. He completed doctorate in 2002. He assumed of doctor of philosophy in the field of Food Hygiene and Technology. Then, He has worked as assistant professor in Department of Food Hygiene and Technology, Veterinary Faculty, Harran University between 2003-2013. He worked as an assistant professor in Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Health Science Faculty, Mehmet Akif Ersoy University since 2013. He continued to work as an associate professor in the same department and now he is head of the department since 2013.
Research Interest
Research interest includes Food chemistry and microbiology especially effects of food additives on food pathogens and The effects of phytochemicals and other functional foods on food pathogens and public health
